Sustainable Man are currently looking to fill a full time position for an Adminstration Assistant in our busy Seven Hills retail office.  We are a young company with a passion for growing our business through exceptional customer service and providing the best products available.

Our business is growing rapidly, as the sustainable industry is expanding in Australia. We sell sustainable products to residential homes, with our main products being solar hot water systems and insulation.

The Role:

The position will be for an administration assistant to handle general office duties as well as manage our installations and paperwork processes.  

We have an expectation of the applicant having an excellent telephone manner, and a desire to provide outstanding customer service and problem solve.

This position will also be responsible for all new invoicing, managing installation processes, rebate forms and final payment processes, maintaining stock.

The Rewards:
We will pay a generous salary commensurate with the age and experience of the applicant.  We are looking to fill this position asap.
