Sustainable Sales Agents / Consultants - Solar

Our business is growing rapidly to meet the demands of the expanding sustainability industry in Australia. We sell sustainable products to residential homes, including Solahart solar hot water systems, solar power  and water tanks. Our business structure is innovative and we believe in rewarding our team members with generous packages and a work environment which is professional yet fun.

You will be responsible for:

• Selling Solahart solar hot water systems & solar power (budget and premium packages).
• Providing a full onsite quote to leads supplied by us and leads you self generate.
• Educating the customer on the benefits of buying our product and the environmental rewards for doing so, using simple language and supported with our presentation tools.
• Checking roof support and spacing to accurately provide quote onsite, and understanding how the technology works.
• Grow your own business within our business by being focused on generating new business and leads through your own initiatives.

The Rewards:

• Flexible remuneration structure working as an agent with generous commission.
• You will be responsible for vehicle and phone. Your car must be suitable for inhome selling (ladder) and neatly presented.

In return the successful applicant will bring/possess:

• Preferably direct experience in sustainability sales or at least evidence of in home selling e.g. blinds, air conditioning or real estate sales.  Otherwise proven record of sales success.
• A determined and energetic personality, with ambition to succeed and a drive to sell. 
• High levels of motivation to deliver a high level of performance and consistent closing conversion results.
• A good ability to listen to people, understand their needs, and be able to engage the customer.
